Ingredients
  • – 15 Dates, pitted
  • – ¼ cup almond
  • – ¼ cup pecans
  • – ½ cup rolled oats or granola
  • – 3 tbsp golden ground flax seed
  • – 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • – 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • - Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. – Put everything in food processor and pulse until it is finely chopped.
  2. – Put mixture on parchment paper and flatten it out evenly.
  3. – Cut them to desired size. Store in air tight container with a piece of parchment paper in between each bar.
